The own tooling shop enables a production of the tools as well as other tool in the required quality and time terms. The close cooperation between the tooling shop and foundry enables continued quality increase of the produced tool.

The tooling shop is equipped with machines like the 5-axis CNC drilling and milling center MAHO DECKEL, CNC milling center OKUMA, electro erosion cutting machines ROBOFIL and HITACHI, electro erosion deeping machines ROBOFORM and WALTER EXERON, as well as all classic machines and equipments, which are necessary for the running of the tooling shop.

The spotting press produced by MILUTENSIL contributes to the above standard quality of the produced tools ad it also enables fast and precocious fitting of the tools and trimming tools.

Apart from that the spotting press is used for the checkout of the tools even before their putting into the production. The function of the tools is being tested by injecting of the waxy part, which is also possible by using of the spotting press.

The 3-axis measuring machine MITUTOYO is used for the first samples measurements as well as for the interoperations measurements during the production of the tool.

For the all tools is exclusively used material from prestigious producers of the steel, which is delivered with certificates about their material quality.

By the production of die cast tools and trimming tools the tooling house also produces special purposes machines, which are used in serial production. It also produces equipments for machining and assembly of the die castings, gauges, fixtures or others equipments useful for machining of die castings.
